FAQ’s

How do I know how much time I need to book for?

 If you are not sure, we can talk beforehand and go over what tasks you would like to have done.  If you need multiple tasks done your best bet is to book for at least 2 hours.  If I run out of time and a task/s are not complete, we may have to extend the visit (if possible) or book another time for me to finish up. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

I accept cash, check and Venmo

 

Can I stop your service at any time?

Yes, there is no contract that obligates you to continue with my service.  At any point you or I can choose not to continue with my service for any reason.  There is a waiver that will need to be signed by the client and/or caregivers.

 

Will you help me with my medical needs?

No, I am not a medical professional or have any medical background.  If you require any medical attention you would have to get a home nurse, CNA etc.

Are you insured? Yes, if anything were to happen (hopefully not) I am covered with Liability Insurance.
